Our Hours are 9am-4pm, Sundays through Saturdays. If you have found an animal after hours, we have a drop-off box located outside of our gate. Please carefully follow the instructions below
NO DOGS OR CATS.
Please place the animal in a closed, well-ventilated box with proper padding. After which you may place your animal into the drop-off box. If the box is too big, please leave it below the drop-off box. Once the animal is dropped off, please fully lock the door and text our number (512-962-3596) so we are aware the animal has arrived.

Depending on the situation and animal, a staff member or volunteer may be able to come out to the requested location for pick-ups or rescues. Please give us a call for more information!
We currently only accept volunteers from Baylor University and other universities.
